While I was sipping on my fantastic cup of High Point House Coffee this morning, I realized that we have some of the coolest customers! One customer came to my mind especially by the name of Bill Badger. Bill rides for a motorcycle group called the Patriot Guard Riders. You can often find him cruising around town on one of the coolest Trikes that you will ever see, and you will also catch a glimpse of him relaxing out on our patio with a yummy frozen mixture of something or other. But the one thing about Bill that stands out to me the most is the Compassion and Love he has for our American Soldiers. If you are a Soldier, Police Officer, Fireman or any other Man or Women in uniform you will often get your coffee given to you. This is because Bill Badger buys it for you! If you are one of the people that has gotten free coffee and you hear us say “your coffee is on a member of the Patriot Guard Riders today” Its Actually all on Bill. While Bill is such a great supporter of the Troops so is High Point. Its So nice to see people supporting current troops and veterans and for that reason Bill Badger just simply warms our hearts!

HighPoint Coffee is trying to put something together for all of you local musicians! We obviously already have Open Mic going on every Saturday but we are trying things to help support you even more! We would like you to bring us your CD’s so we can put them into a play list with tons of other local music and play it every night! This doesn’t exclude anyone. We will take any Genre of Music you could possibly throw at us, From Rap to…Opera . It HAS to be local though. So get all of your music together and bring it to us ASAP cause this will start as soon as you get us your CD.

Another beautiful monday morning at high point coffee. The sun is shining the coffee  is brewing and most people are smiling . We love mondays here. Coffee is the one thing that people look forward to on this day this early, and we are happy to serve it to them! The feeling that you know that you made somebodys day a little bit better is all we really look for.

On a different note. im sure you will all be happy to know that Kristine is coming back from pregnancy leave on thursday! She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and we are happy to welcome him into the highpoint family!
